Accolade Industrial Fund expands its offering with four new share classes with a three-year lock-up

Accolade Industrial Fund is responding to demand from qualified investors for greater flexibility by expanding its offering with four new investor share classes. The key change is a shorter lock-up: three years for the new classes, compared with five years for the existing ones. We're meeting investors halfway by combining long-term portfolio stability with a shorter capital tie-up period. The fund's investment strategy remains unchanged.

Four new classes, two currencies

The new Accolade Industrial Fund classes are designated CZK2 3Y and CZK3Y in Czech koruna, and EUR2 3Y and EUR3Y in euro. The share price at initial offering is CZK 100, or EUR 100 respectively.

The minimum investment differs by class: for CZK2 3Y and EUR2 3Y, it is EUR 100,000 or the equivalent in CZK, with a management fee of 1.60% of NAV per year. For CZK3Y and EUR3Y, it is EUR 740,000 or the equivalent in CZK, with a management fee of 1.00% of NAV per year.

All four new classes carry the same performance fee of 15.00% per year and an entry fee of up to 3.00% of the subscribed amount. No redemption or exchange fee applies. Unlike the D-designated classes, the new classes do not offer annual income distribution — returns are reinvested for the full duration of the investment.

How redemption works

To redeem, investors must submit notice twelve months before the end of the lock-up. For the new classes, this applies from the second anniversary of the investment; for the existing classes, from the fourth.

Who the new classes are for

The new classes are intended for investors who meet the definition of a qualified investor under applicable legislation. We are introducing them as part of a broader update to the fund's offering documents, which also reflects new liquidity management requirements under the AIFMD II directive.
