Accolade Funds: A new umbrella brand brings a fresh perspective on investment in the current campaign
“The Accolade Funds brand embodies our effort to make investing in industrial real estate accessible to a wider audience. Our marketing approach favours bold, distinctive communication, breaking away from traditional stereotypes in our sector. We want to show that investing with a reliable and experienced partner can be not only safe and profitable over the long term, but also easy to understand and convenient to carry out,” said Eduard Piňos, CMO of Accolade.
The primary messengers of the campaign – and its most prominent feature – are stylized figures of “informed” investors, representing the distinct advantages of investing with Accolade Funds: stability, portfolio diversification and long-term growth. The key visuals are also unified by the distinctive blue colour characteristic of Accolade Group’s established communication style.
“Several players in the Czech real estate fund market have recently begun actively communicating, making it more important than ever to build brand awareness and strengthen long-term recognition. This current campaign is just the first in a series of steps we’re taking to keep drawing attention to the Accolade Funds brand,” explained Eduard Piňos.
The creative concept of the campaign was developed and produced by the agency Visualio, also responsible for designing the Accoladefunds.eu website. The campaign features photography by the award-winning Tomáš Vrána, known for his previous work with music project Kapitán Demo by Jiří Burian. Media placement is handled by Marketup, with a primary focus on online formats and social media, complemented by premium print titles and OOH advertising. The campaign will run in Czechia and Slovakia throughout November and early December.
“Our vision is to show that investing in industrial real estate can be creative and enjoyable without losing its professionalism. Accolade Funds will leverage our market expertise and the unique nature of our product and will also appeal to the younger generation of investors. This demographic is increasingly focused on growing their assets and recognizing that simple saving won’t be enough to secure their retirement – investment will be essential,” concluded Tomáš Hanáček, Head of Business Development at Accolade.
